The St.
Peter and St. Paul Orthodox Church Choir and the Orthodox Concert Choir of
Chicago will present a Music of Pascha (Easter) Concert on Sunday, May 20 at 2
p.m. There is no admission charge for
the event which will be held at the church located at 6980 South County Line
Road in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
The concert
will feature music from the celebration of Easter as well as compositions from
the Divine Liturgy. A fellowship
gathering will follow.
An ad
booklet commemorating the 80th anniversary of the church is being
prepared for the concert. All proceeds
from the booklet will be donated to the Archbishop Job Seminarian Scholarship
Fund. The deadline is for placing
an ad is Wednesday, May 9.
The donation
for a 3-line individual ad (memorial, congratulations, best wishes, etc.) is
$25. For information on business or
